Retal pens SAR 947.6M agreements with NHC

Retal Urban Development Co. signed SAR 947.6 million worth of two agreements with National Housing Co. (NHC) to purchase developed land plots and develop 947 residential units in Al Khozam Suburb in Riyadh City, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract term will extend for 55 months, and the project is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial results for the years 2025 – 2029.

The deal included no related parties, the statement added.
