Retal’s unit signs SAR 461.9M contract with ROSHN

Retal Urban Development Co.’s subsidiary, Building Construction Company Ltd, signed on Oct. 14, a contract with PIF-owned ROSHN Group to design and build six residential buildings.

In a statement to Tadawul, Retal said contract amounts to 461.9 million (excluding VAT).

Retal’s subsidiary will also undertake infrastructure works, landscape, and related electromechanical works within SEDRA community.

The duration of the contract is 28 months, starting from the date of receiving the notice to proceed.

The project is expected to have a positive impact on the company's results during the execution phase in 2026, 2027 and 2028, the statement added.
