Exhibiting Flagship Developments Reflecting KEC’s Vision
• Multaqa Al Madinah:
A vibrant mixed-use destination combining retail, dining, entertainment, culture, and hospitality. Designed to become the beating heart of modern life in Madinah, it targets both residents and visitors, including Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, offering an integrated urban experience. The project spans180,000 square meters with total investment of SAR 2.2 billion. Phase one of the project will feature an entertainment mall with 72,000 square meters of leasable space, 5-star Hilton hotel with 390 rooms and 750 seats conference hall and 66 branded residential units along with a 450 meter promenade.
• Madinah Gate:
The city’s main gateway and the first transit-oriented development (TOD) of its kind in the Kingdom with total investment of SAR 385 million Strategically located to connect residents and visitors to all major landmarks, Madinah Gate combines mobility, retail, and hospitality, making it a preferred choice for investors and travelers. The project also features the newly opened DoubleTree by Hilton, a key hospitality milestone for the city with 325 rooms.
• Al Alyaa:
A fully integrated human-centric mixed-use development that brings together residential, retail, hospitality and commercial spaces within one project. Al Alyaa features modern architecture, smart infrastructure, and lush green spaces to promote well-being and community living. Phase A has been launched, offering premium residential units within a sustainable, family-oriented environment. While having a hotel with 177 rooms and 480 serviced apartments spanning 269,000 square meters, with a targeted investment of SAR 2.6 billion.
• Islamic World District (IWD)
