King Abdullah Economic City Exhibits Upscale Aspirational Lifestyle at AL-Murooj District

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) will hold an exhibition for its ready-to-deliver “Al-Manazel” land plots in the Al-Murooj district, an upscale living solution to the aspirational needs of today’s affluent Saudis and investors. The event will be held at the Jeddah Hilton Hotel from 5-7 May 2016.

Mr. Fahd Al-Rasheed, Group CEO and Managing Director of KAEC, said “Al-Murooj is an exclusive, elite and green retreat district within the coastal communities in KAEC, stretching along the pristine turquoise coastline of the Red Sea. Al-Murooj designed for upscale living with spectacular sea views and lush landscaping. Our objective is to provide our investors and residents with a unique lifestyle that meets their aspirations and one that is on par with international best standards of luxury and prestige.”

Al-Murooj is a gated district, which spreads across 4.9 million sqm and consists of three distinctive neighbourhoods, each with a range of land and villas that can be custom built to the highest specification: the Al-Manazel community, the Golf Community surrounding an 18-hole golf course, and the Beach Community.

“The exclusive community “Al-Murooj” is surrounded by an 18-hole championship golf course with a 7-star clubhouse, as well as a unique family sports and leisure facility, plus nearby shops, a world class school, and high quality health care all within walking distance. The community features unmatched views of the greenest landscape in Saudi Arabia and the breath taking beaches of the Red Sea.” said Mr. Charles Biele, CEO of Real Estate Development Company (REDCO) at KAEC.

Those interested in attending the event are recommended to register by calling 800 11 800 10 or visiting almurooj.kaec.net for further details.
