Saudi Arabia Ferrari Passione Weekend at The YAS Marina Circuit

The YAS Marina Circuit played host to a very special motor sports event on 8th January, where Ferrari Owners from Saudi Arabia participated in and exclusive track event involving a series of driving activities, at the beginning of the technical and field experiments for the 2016 season.

 

The full day event started in Dubai, with a gathering of Ferrari owners Club of Saudi Arabia, and then drove in a parade to Abu Dhabi before progressed on the track.  The Ferrari’s amazing track capabilities were experienced by owners during the afternoon, within a safe and controlled environment under the supervision of the Pilota Ferrari’ Official Instructors.

 

The programme also included advanced level training for those Ferrari owners who have participated in track days in the past, as how to face various driving conditions including sudden stop on slippery road surface, maneuvering, driving into sharp curves and safe driving. Attendees were briefed about Ferrari cars, and enjoyed driving various cars including 488 GTB, 488 Spider, California T and F12 Berlinetta, where they experienced themselves the outstanding performing and maneuvering capabilities.

 

On this occasion James Butler, General Manager of Fast Auto Technic said that "this event is important for Ferrari owners & for us as well, as it improves their skills in driving Ferrari cars, hence, we will continue in a permanent form of such training programs that will deepen and develop a relationship with our customers, which is falling within our marketing throughout the year."

 

This unique event was aimed to enhancing customers experience with Ferraris legendary road-going and racing performance, in addition to hot laps around the track and practical training by the Official Ferrari Pilota instructors.
