Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co.’s (Tibbiyah) 100% owned subsidiary, Al Faisaliah Medical Systems Co.(FMS), inked on Dec. 14 a SAR 142.3 million contract with Arabian Gulf University (AGU), according to a statement to Tadawul.
The contract will include the supply as well as the installation of medical equipment in addition to other works in King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC) project, phase I, package seven - medical equipment, Volume I issued by Arabian Gulf University, Kingdom of Bahrain.
The contract will extend for 18 months from the date of the site handover or receiving an advance payment or any other agreed-upon date.
This project includes but not limited to: supply, installation, testing & commissioning of all medical equipment (MEQ) including supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and medical consumable needed noting that the financier is Saudi Arabia through Saudi Fund for Development (SFD).
The relevant financial impact will appear on H1 2024 financials, the statement added.
