SSH Continues its Dubai Expansion with Increased Office Space in d3

SSH, one of the leading master planning, infrastructure, building design, construction supervision and project management firms in the Middle East, announces its office expansion in d3 to accommodate its rapid growth and future expansion plans. This spatial development will accommodate the increase in capacity required to meet its expanding portfolio of prestigious projects across all market sectors including commercial, cultural, heritage, hospitality, mixed use and residential.

SSH was recently named in the Architectural Digest Top 50 as a leading provider in a variety of sectors ranging from transport, infrastructure and sustainability to architecture and engineering services in the region. In addition to current projects including the Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Centre and Sheikh Abdulla Al Salem Cultural Centre, SSH is a leading provider for healthcare planning and architecture. It is delivering the Kuwait Children’s Hospital, Sheikha Salwa Al-Sabah Centre for Stem Cells & Umbilical Cord, the NBK Children’s Cancer Centre in Kuwait, and the Specialist Clinical Centre for Dentistry, Dermatology and Diabetes Hospital in Qatar. SSH has been appointed to provide construction supervision services for the Al Adan Hospital in Kuwait. We are also proud to be part of one of Oman’s largest projects currently under construction, the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.

SSH's ambition is to be the architectural and engineering consultant, strategic partner and employer of choice in the MENA region. The focus is on shaping the built environment and infrastructure of the modern Middle East, supporting the goals of the region’s visionary leaders. Currently, SSH employs over 1,000 people with offices in Abu Dhabi, Algeria, Bahrain, Dubai, Iraq, Kuwait, London, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.

Bob Hope, CEO of SSH comments: “This exciting expansion will allow the company to increase capabilities in key areas that align with our current and future business growth plans. These will involve a strong focus on the UAE, expanding our core team based here in d3. Our hugely talented team is excited about the growth we are experiencing and this represents a commitment to build on the success our team has accomplished. We see ourselves as the only regionally based architects and engineers, delivering international standards and believe we are in a great position to continue this evolution. ”

SSH’s quality philosophy is derived from a simple goal: ‘to recognise the needs of customers and to fulfil them’. By adopting global best practice standards in the delivery of its services and maintaining an environment of self-evaluation and continuous improvement, SSH is able to remain amongst the world’s top 100 architectural bodies.
