National Building fulfils prerequisite for TASI transition

National Building and Marketing Co. announced today, April3, the fulfillment of one of the prerequisites of its planned transition to the Main Market (TASI), as per the relevant implementing regulations.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board report for the fiscal year (FY) ended Dec. 31, 2024, covering all the required details.

The report has been prepared in accordance with the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) corporate governance requirements.

According to Argaam data, on June 2, 2022, National Building has been notified by Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. (Tadawul Group) that the application for its planned transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to TASI was found “incomplete” for the fourth time.
