Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Alkhorayef, said the leadership is committed to supporting and empowering the private sector as a key partner in economic development. This also aims to address challenges to ensure business continuity, enhance the operational readiness of national factories, and strengthen the resilience of local and global supply chains.
The remarks came during a meeting with members of the Industrial Center, the Mining Partnership Council, and private sector leaders in the Kingdom, the ministry said in a statement.
The meeting reviewed initiatives across the industrial and mining ecosystem, as well as the transport and logistics sector and the General Food Security Authority, alongside coordinated efforts with other national entities to address private sector challenges, particularly those related to logistics services, supply chains, and exports.
