MAB Facilities Management, the Middle East’s leading, full service facilities management company unveils the list of projects it has been awarded the contracts of in the first quarter of 2016. As of April 2016, MAB Facilities Management shall be responsible for a diversity of on-site responsibilities for the projects that fall under the Emaar Group umbrella.

The projects to be handled by MAB Facilities Management are as follows:
Boulevard Plaza, Downtown Dubai: Boulevard Plaza offers expansive views across Dubai’s most iconic community, Downtown Dubai. Designed to the highest standards, Boulevard Plaza comprises two towers of 36 and 30 storeys with a common podium. The three year contract will see MAB Facilities take on the following on-site responsibilities:
Emaar Square: Emaar Square is the established commercial precinct in Downtown Dubai. The six tower business complex is located next to The Address Dubai Mall hotel and The Dubai Mall, and overlooks Burj Khalifa. As part of the three year contract, MAB is responsible for:
Dubai Marina Mall and Pier 7: These two entities are modern shopping and lifestyle destinations with a gross leasable area of 390,000 square feet spread across four levels in the heart of the Dubai Marina. Under this contract, MAB is responsible for facilities management of all common assets and public spaces for the Dubai Marina Mall and Pier 7, as well as all soft services for Reel Cinemas and Njoy Gaming Centre. The on-site responsibilities include:
Marina Plaza & Waterfront Offices: Marina Plaza is a commercial building consisting of 170 units and 6 retail units. Waterfront Offices consist of one commercial building comprising of 4 units.
