The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), the official representative organisation for professional business women and entrepreneurs working in Dubai, is inviting local business women and entrepreneurs to experience a ‘game-changing’ experience at the final five sessions in its comprehensive, eight-week digital marketing course.
“Our mission at the DBWC is to provide our members with relevant education that will not only inspire but equip them with the essential skills they need to succeed in business. As the digital industry expands and evolves, the demand for skilled professionals becomes even more important,” said HE Dr. Raja Easa Saleh Al Gurg, President of the DBWC.
The first three workshops, hosted at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), saw renowned guest speaker Namita Ramani, Founder & CEO of Above Digital, educate DBWC members and non-members on various aspects of digital marketing. Topics included a 360-degree digital marketing solutions introduction; optimising websites to convert visitors to customers; and creating content that sells.
The latest creating content that sells session saw Ramani provide an insightful introduction on how today’s modern business leaders should think about content – from creating content calendars to best practices for blogs and social media content.
“This game-changing course not only shows the impact that marketing activities can have on businesses, every session also unlocks the understanding, leadership, strategy, management and creativity that formulates digital marketing beyond pure technical delivery of basic campaigns,” said Ramani.
Spaces are still available for members and non-members for the final five sessions which include:
19 October – Reach your audience by building paid and unpaid traffic
6 November – Get instant results with cost effective Facebook advertising
10 November – How to sky-rocket your ROI with advanced Facebook advertising tools
15 November – How to retain customers with e-mail marketing
22 November – Increase your ROI with Automated marketing funnels
The workshops are being held as part of DBWC’s ongoing schedule of regular events which aim to provide empowerment, skill development and networking opportunities for members. Annual memberships for 2017 are now available for as little as AED 500, which for a limited period only also includes complimentary membership for the rest of 2016.
