Representatives from Jeddah Ladies Club are among the first consumers in Saudi Arabia to experience newly launched skincare brands, Daylong and Cetaphil Baby, following an exclusive preview event.
Organised by Galderma - the medical solutions company of Nestlé Skin Health, which manufactures the Daylong suncare range and Cetaphil Baby products - more than 25 women attended the exclusive coffee morning sampling event.
“With Galderma making its official debut in Saudi Arabia, we’ve embarked on our vision of holistic healthcare and enhancing quality of life by delivering science-based solutions for the health of skin, hair and nails over the course of people’s lives,” said Hesham Abdallah, Regional Director – Middle East and Africa. “Focused on maintaining, enhancing and nourishing skin, and treating and restoring skin to its healthy state, Galderma has an ambition to contribute responsibly towards developing medical education in the Saudi Arabian and wider Middle Eastern community.”
The Daylong range of 9 hypoallergenic suncare products were presented to Jeddah Ladies Club members, with a Galderma representative outlining how the scientifically formulated and dermatologically tested products use photostable UV filters to combat dangerous UVA, UVB & IR rays. With four product categories; dry skin, oily skin, kids and an after sun line, Daylong gives wearers consistent and reliable sun protection as well as great feeling skin.
Cetaphil Baby supports and strengthens the natural development of babies’ delicate skin in vulnerable early stages. The main ingredients of Cetaphil Baby shampoo, lotion and massage oils include organic calendula, shea butter and sunflower oil. The products use the combined power of science and nature to soothe, protect and nourish delicate baby skin.
“I found the presentation and sampling exercise very informative – I discovered two amazing new ranges of skincare products,” said Majedah, a member of Jeddah Ladies Cub. “The fact these products are only available at pharmacies adds more appeal – it gives me peace of mind knowing my family’s skin is in the best possible hands.”
Daylong and Cetaphil Baby are available at all Al Nahdi pharmacies across Saudi Arabia now.
