EY hosted its 2nd CFO Forum in Jeddah, focusing on the rising opportunities and challenges facing CFOs with the announcement of Saudi’s Vision 2030. The event was attended by CFOs from some of the largest companies in the Kingdom.
Ahmed Reda, Office Managing Partner, EY Jeddah, says:

As CFOs are key business operators, they will need to update their strategies and execute these changes, which are expected to generate greater opportunities. The discussions at the forum were led by Dr. Fadi Al Buhairan, MENA Advisory Leader at EY, who spoke about the ‘The potential impact of Vision 2030’; Omar Abaalkhail, Compliance Manager at EY Riyadh, who presented ‘The major changes in the new companies law’, and Yousef Wahbah, MENA Head of Transaction Real Estate Hospitality and Leisure, who presented a session on ‘KSA White Land Tax”.
