Dubai has created one of the world’s best city centre lifestyle experiences for residents in its Downtown district, a developer believes.
“It’s second to none when you consider everything that’s on offer and within easy reach for people living there who feel on top of the world,” says Sulaiman Abdulrahman Al Rashid, Chief Executive of ARTAR Real Estate Development.
ARTAR says the proximity of a huge wealth of dining, entertainment, retail, leisure, cultural and other facilities has helped significantly to attract both investors and end users to its Mada Residences project in Downtown Dubai.
A large proportion of the 193 larger than average 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury apartments have already been sold and the development is on schedule for early delivery of all units in Q2 2018.
“We chose Downtown as the location because it offers such a desirable lifestyle experience that is difficult to match,” said Al Rashid, who will be introducing Mada Residences to visitors at next month’s Cityscape Global exhibition in Dubai.
“Our residents will be just a minute’s walk from one of the world’s biggest and best shopping attractions, The Dubai Mall. Like all other Downtown residents they’ll also have a fantastic range of restaurants, hotels, spas and so many other amenities on their doorstep.
“They’ll also be near neighbours with a wonderful centre for performing arts at Dubai Opera, and you can’t really put a price on what Downtown has to offer. What you can say is that residents there are spoilt for choice, and the envy of relatives, friends and people all over the world. Dubai has created something very special at the heart of the city.”
And when Cityscape Global opens its doors at Dubai World Trade Centre on 6 September, visitors to the company’s exhibition stand will have the chance to experience the intelligent designs of Mada Residences via a fully immersive and innovative virtual reality cube.
A big attraction for buyers is the availability of spacious 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units with maid’s rooms, a rarity in the Downtown area. The homes have all been designed with a big emphasis on liveability, with open-plan designs maximising space and making it easy to move around.
ARTAR also believes its 30-70 payment plan is the shape of things to come in Dubai as more developers take steps to ease cash flow for investors by allowing them to pay most of the cost of a home on completion.
