DAMAC Properties Launches Nova Hotel Villa Concept at ATM

An Exciting New Experience in Luxury Hospitality within AKOYA Oxygen Goes on Sale

DAMAC Properties has launched its first hotel villa concept within the aspirational AKOYA Oxygen community in Dubai.

The luxury real estate developer has made its Nova Hotel Villas available at a starting price of just AED 1,753,700 for a three bedroom home, with each villa enjoying spacious open plan living. Villas range from three to six bedroom units.

Set within a private enclave within the lush green surrounds of 55 million sq ft of tranquility within AKOYA Oxygen, Nova Hotel Villas provide the comforts of an expansive home with the added benefits of services more traditionally associated with the world’s finest hotels.

“Nova Hotel Villas offer a total new segment to the luxury real estate market in Dubai,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, DAMAC Properties. “Nova Hotel Villas will be the best option for a second home in Dubai, these fully furnished villas with optional Hotel services available from our team at DAMAC Maison Hotels & Resorts, owners will be able to enjoy peace of mind that their home is cared for 24/7 and they can sit back and enjoy the benefits of living in one of Dubai’s most sought after addresses.”

“The process of making the villas personal starts before owners move in, by instructing our team of experienced interior designers and decorators on your personal taste, resulting in a fully furnished home which is truly aligned to your personal tastes,” he added.

Nova Hotel Villas come complete with private gardens, library, a fully-fitted kitchen, décor and sound system. In line with the green credentials of AKOYA Oxygen, the Nova Hotel Villas will feature energy efficient materials, lighting and controls in addition to low-emission paint, and solar water heating systems.

The homes are also part of DAMAC Maison Hotels & Resorts rental pool scheme allowing owners to generate returns on their property while they are away.

AKOYA Oxygen has quickly become one of the most desirable luxury living communities in Dubai. The tranquil green environment gives way to a serene space which has so much for owners and tourists to enjoy, all set around the Trump World Golf Club, Dubai – which is being design by former world number one golfer Tiger Woods. Owners also benefit from the expansive retail and entertainment facilities that sit within the heart of AKOYA Oxygen.

Dubbed as Dubai’s first green residential address, AKOYA Oxygen will offer cleaner air, naturally cooler temperatures and a carefully designed master plan to reduce pollution with dedicated spaces for bicycles and hybrid cars.
