SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co., through its logistics division, signed a framework agreement on Dec. 14 with the Local Organizing Committee for the AFC Asian Cup 2027 to provide integrated logistics and supply chain solutions for related events and activities.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the agreement covers warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and event logistics operations to support the organization and delivery of the AFC U23 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026 and the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027.
The company said the agreement does not specify a contract value, as services will be invoiced and paid based on purchase orders issued by the Local Organizing Committee in line with the agreed commercial proposal and rate schedule.
Under the agreement, SAL’s logistics division will provide comprehensive logistics services on an as-needed basis through specific work orders issued during the contract term.
The agreement will remain in force until July 31, 2027, with an option for renewal under the stated terms and conditions. SAL said the deal is expected to have a positive impact on its financial results over the contract period and confirmed that no related parties are involved.
