Armed Forces Officers Club participates in the Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival in Al Wathba

AFOC&H participates in preparing for the Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival in Al Wathba in 2016, The Executive Chef of the Food & Beverage department, Karsten Gottschalk said, “We participate in the Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival in Al Wathba this year by preparing the traditional ‘Khaleeji’ food and to cater to the expectations of the visitors.”

The chef added, “The event will feature a variety of live cooking stations specializing in Khaleeji food such as Luqaimat and Harees as well as Beverage stalls that will be located around the whole Festival site. Preparations are in full swing and the AFOC&H kitchens will be used for food preparations along with the multiple live cooking stations at the event.” 

AFOC&H has been participating in this festival over the last three years since its beginning. The chef observed that the atmosphere and the number of people attending is steadily increasing with the years passing.

AFOC&H is participating in the Qasr Al Hosn festival to be held end of February 2017. Chef Gottschalk said, “We are constantly preparing and planning for events as our aim is to continually exceed the expectations, AFOC&H is always prepared for big events and we have a wealth of experience in catering to such within its premises and outside.”

The chef added, ”We will having special preparations for Qasr Al Hosn festival with a lot of local traditional food items and live cooking stations. 

“AFOC&H has an excellent reputation well earned from participating in some of the biggest events to be held in UAE and the team makes sure to deliver impeccable standards to achieve outstanding results to all the numerous events we cover on a yearly basis,” said Chef Gottschalk. 

AFOC&H will be participating in IDEX Exhibition 2017 which is one of the largest international exhibitions that is held in the country during the month of February.
