Sharjah Ladies Club (SLC) is recognised as one of UAE’s pioneering institutions offering women and children world-class spaces within which to nurture their talents and pursue their hobbies. This philosophy of service excellence is something that SLC has extended not just to its members, but its employees.
As part of SLC’s 35th anniversary, the HR Happiness Committee team at SLC hosted a special lunch gala to honour and thank 100 employees who have offered 10 years and more of dedicated services to the club.
Organised at SLC’s Kunooz Events & Catering Hall last Tuesday, the event reinforced the Club’s mission to constantly nurture its workforce and provide them an enabling environment to realise their professional goals and attain constant personal growth.
It is this empowering quality which reflects the dedication in the Club’s workforce of 393 employees in the head office– a number that has grown since it was established in 1982.
