WAVE CONNECT: Korean Seafood Summit Spotlights Culinary Excellence in Dubai

WAVE CONNECT, a seafood summit, was successfully organized by K-fish and aT Center at the Cleo Restaurant, Hyde Hotel, Business Bay, Dubai. The event took place on Monday, November 6, 2023 and brought together five distinguished Korean seafood companies, all eager to introduce their delectable products to the UAE’s restaurants, chefs, hotel managers, and seafood product buyers.

4. Haeyeareum: Producers of pure salt harvested from the pristine, UNESCO-designated bio-conservation area in Docho, Sinan-gun. This salt embodies the pure essence of the sea.
5. Sajo Korea: A leading seafood company known for its commitment to quality and innovation, Sajo Korea offers a wide range of exceptional seafood products, contributing to the rich tapestry of Korean seafood.
