Al Jomaih and Shell Lubricating Oil Company (JOSLOC) organized last week three Iftars for its partners in the Kingdom’s major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) and 600 customers attended in response to Shell invitation. This initiative comes within Shell's strategy to enhance and support its partnership with its clients.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Khalid Yassin - General Manager of B2B Sales - first welcomed and thanked the audience for attending, and then expressed JOSLOC gratitude towards this long lasting and strong partnership. He, as well, underlined that Shell’s aspiration always commit on building a distinguished relationship with the customers in order to help serve them better and in the best way. He further assured that this Ramadan gathering embodies the company's concern in the continuous communication with its partners.
He also expressed his appreciation to JOSLOC on celebrating the Holy Month of Ramadan with top customers that seek on building more trust and loyalty, and to help improve the communication and interaction with them. He stated, "The client is our top priority, valuable asset and a strategic partner in our success that have been achieved in Saudi Arabia." Yassin confirmed that the company is very keen to achieve the highest customer satisfaction levels, and provide exceptional and unsurpassed services in the Saudi market.
In his speech Mr. Yassin pointed out on the launch of the new revolutionary and most advanced gasoline motor oil made from natural gas in the Saudi Market: "Shell Helix Ultra" with Pure Plus technology.
Mr. Yassin concluded his speech by congratulating Shell's partners in the occasion of the Holy month of Ramadan and wished everyone all the best.
