SEVEN FLAVOURS, SEVEN DAYS: A TASTE OF ARABIA AT DELPHINE, THE H DUBAI

Contemporary Arabesque hotel The H Dubai, located on No. 1 Sheikh Zayed Road is proud to announce its unforgettable taste of Arabian culture with Iftar offerings for the holy month. Throughout Ramadan, guests will be invited to embark on an unparalleled gastronomic journey through Arabia, exploring seven flavours from the Islamic world across seven days. In respect of the highly religious month, the dining experience will be enhanced with an exclusive gallery of cultural artifacts, designed to deepen understanding of the Ramadan celebration.

The Iftar begins with a generous selection of freshly prepared mezze served sharing style directly to the table, encouraging families and groups to break the fast together. Guests are then guided to the live cooking stations to select freshly prepared mains and desserts where every day, one of seven regional flavours will be represented – including Emirati, Moroccan, Syrian, Turkish, Egyptian, Lebanese and Iranian cuisines. Surrounded by contemporary Arabesque decor, diners can sample signature dishes such as Bukari Rice, Lamb Maklouba, Turkish Fish Stew, Chicken Moloukhia, Mixed Mahashi and Iranian Mix Grill, whilst a live Oud player will set the mood for ambiance and enjoyment.

Guy Bertaud, General Manager of The H Dubai comments: “The holy month of Ramadan is one of the most important and reflective times in the Islamic calendar. To celebrate this period, we have appointed a team of talented Arabic chefs to create a truly unique offering for our guests. Gusts will enjoy the breaking of their fast with a huge array of regional cuisine, all presented under one roof. With such a wide range of nationalities represented, we are confident that everyone will find their favourite dishes and share a pleasant time with their loved ones”

During the holy month of Ramadan, The H Dubai will be creating a bespoke showcase of cultural and traditional artifacts with the collaboration of leading art gallery Cube Arts and luxury lifestyle retailer Rivoli group. Cube Arts will curate a Majlis inspired gallery, complete with some of the region’s best-respected artists’ paintings and sculptures. This will sit alongside a private book collection from a Saudi Arabian Princess. Additionally, Rivoli group will be presenting a line of their latest Arabian footwear, Na’aal, created by famous French shoemaker, J.M. Weston.

“This is one of the most unique Iftar concepts I have seen in Dubai” said Joanna Cavarzan, Manager of Cube Arts gallery. “Apart from a great food offering, The H Dubai has put in every effort to guarantee each guest to have a complete Ramadan experience with carefully curated regions’ artworks and we are thrilled to be part of this exciting project.”
