Schneider Electric Channel Partners Share Compelling Business Insights
Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management, flew its IT distributors to Budapest for the MEA Distributors Conference 2015 in recognition of their contribution to the IT business unit’s regional growth and success stories between 2014-2015. This year’s conference was built around the theme ‘Schneider is ON’- a fivefold initiative that aims to enhance business growth through learning and two-way communication between the company and its channel network. The program focuses on leveraging organic opportunities, growth by co-innovation between Schneider Electric and partners, maximizing the benefits of digital technology, building of expertise and quality of service, and simplifying processes for customer convenience. Seeking to strengthen partner relationships, Schneider Electric representatives leveraged the opportunity to network, discuss customer feedback, understand evolving market dynamics and provide solutions. An engaging Business Intelligence Workshop served as the highlight of the event. The session drew compelling insights from partners on a range of topics, including Winning against Competition, Value in Partnership, Defining Customer Expectations, Marketing with an Impact, Upselling and Developing the Channel. The workshop was followed by a quiz contest, encouraging active participation and debate among partners. Rajashri Kumar, MEA Transactional Director, Schneider Electric said: “As IT readiness grows strongly across an economically-diversifying MEA region, it is up to us to deliver this technology to homes and enterprises. Our partners and distributors are key to this process. To this end, we would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their invaluable support, which ultimately enables us to explore market trends, challenges and consumer needs. “The conference and workshop served as an instructive platform where our partners could gain access to information on tools and technology. The sessions also offered an opportunity for senior Schneider electric officials to share best practices on long-term growth, as well as strategies and solutions for staying sustainably competitive.”
