The partnership will enable an ecosystem of next-generation solutions, smart devices, and intelligent homes for Samsung and STC customers
At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Samsung and Saudi Arabia's digital enabler stc renewed their partnership, which will see them collaborate on mobile and personal electronic products.
The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), outlining their shared goals of sustaining 5G services in Saudi Arabia, rapidly increasing 5G adoption, and reaching customers with state-of-the-art 5G echo products by leveraging the stc retail network and exceptional online experience.
This gigantic digital agreement has been signed in the presence of senior officials from both parties on the side-lines of the largest and most influential event for the connectivity ecosystem, MWC.
Together, the two companies will increase Samsung's visibility across several stc channels along with the elevation of Samsung consumers to the stc preferred customer tier.
Hyung Bin Joo, Managing Director of Samsung KSA: “In today's market, customers expect seamless connectivity and interoperability across all their devices. To meet these expectations, Samsung has partnered with STC to establish a comprehensive ecosystem that will offer uninterrupted experiences to customers across the entire range of Samsung products. With digital transformation already ingrained everywhere in the Kingdom, the businesses are excited to introduce more innovative digital solutions that cater to the evolving needs of consumers."
Through this new partnership, Samsung will be able to offer its extensive range of exclusive products and services to stc customers across a wider range of categories. This includes the entire consumer and business portfolio, such as smart home solutions, enterprise solutions, accessories, and more.
Samsung is committed to promoting sustainability and innovation within the Galaxy ecosystem, through the incorporation of recycled materials and the use of eco-friendly packaging. As part of this effort, the company has joined forces with stc to work towards a more sustainable future for the Kingdom.
