"Riyadh City Boulevard" opens for public as part of Riyadh Season 2021

"Riyadh City Boulevard" opened yesterday on Monday to visitors with a host of entertainment activities in nine areas.

Part of the second edition of the Riyadh Season 2021, the entertainment destination offers a range of entertainment experiences, including food, drinks, games and sports.

One of the city's various sections mimics New York's Times Square. There are also garden and Trocadero sections, inspired by the design of Coventry Street in London.

Music tops the list of entertainment with Arabic classic melodies. Sports lovers could enjoy competitions and combat games.

Located in the north part of Riyadh, "Riyadh City Boulevard" has seen a threefold expansion in its area compared to the previous season held in 2019, amounting to around 900,000 square meters, making it the largest entertainment facility in the region.

The studio section offers live and theatrical performances. It includes six theaters, in which dramatic and musical plays are presented, in addition to restaurants and cafes.

Riyadh Season started last month and will continue until March 2022, with the aim to attract a diverse audience with more than 7,000 events, including music, arts, theater, food and sports.

A total of 14 zones, equipped with the latest international standards in logistics and luxury tools, share the events of the season. Enditem
