Real estate ownership rules to attract talent, boost companies: Al-Qasabi

Commerce Minister Majid Al-Qasabi said that the issuance of the executive regulations and geographical zones for non-Saudi ownership of real estate will help attract global talent and serve as a strong catalyst for companies to expand their businesses and enhance competitiveness.

The Cabinet, chaired by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, approved today, June 23, the executive regulations for the system governing non-Saudi ownership of real estate.
