The Projects Are Moving. So Are the Decisions.
Saudi Arabia’s real estate landscape is moving decisively from ambition to delivery.
Across the Kingdom, new destinations, residential communities, hospitality developments and mixed-use projects are taking shape at scale. From Riyadh and Jeddah to emerging destinations across the country, this momentum is creating growing requirements across architecture, design, construction, technology, and materials.
Under Saudi Vision 2030, real estate and infrastructure development remain central to the Kingdom’s transformation, with a continued focus on world-class urban environments, innovation, global expertise, local capabilities and strategic partnerships.
At this scale, every development brings a new set of choices, and the right expertise behind those choices matters. It becomes increasingly important who designs, specifies, supplies and delivers what comes next.
On 11 - 12 November 2026, many of those conversations move into one room.
The 20th Real Estate Development Summit - Saudi Arabia | Luxury Edition returns to The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah, bringing together 1,000+ senior decision-makers from across the Kingdom’s real estate, hospitality and built-environment ecosystem.
Speaking ahead of the milestone 20th edition, Ravi Kumar Chandran, Founder & Managing Director at GBB, shares:
“At GBB, our vision begins with one question: how do we build better for people and the planet?
Saudi Arabia gives that question extraordinary scale. The decisions being made today about capital, design, materials and technology will shape how people live for generations.
Through the RED Summit and GBB Investment Summit, we bring together the people who can turn that ambition into reality: those financing projects, those shaping them and those delivering the solutions. Our responsibility is to understand what each project needs and make those connections count.
As we mark our 20th edition, my ambition for GBB extends beyond the room. I want the relationships formed here to help create places that respect nature, improve lives and make commercial sense. That is how we measure the value of bringing this industry together.”
Building Forward, Responsibly
As conversations at REDS look towards the future of the built environment, GBB believes the way we bring the industry together should look forward too. The 19th Real Estate Development Summit – Saudi Arabia | Luxury Edition was carbon compensated, with verified carbon credits used to account for the event’s measured greenhouse gas emissions.
The 20th edition carries that commitment forward as a carbon-compensated event, because creating value for what comes next should also mean being mindful of the footprint we leave behind.
Built Around the Right Connections
REDS is designed around a simple principle: the right projects deserve the right solutions, and finding that fit should not be left to chance.
The summit brings together developers, owners and operators, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, project leaders and global solution providers within an invitation-only, project-driven environment.
At its core are pre-scheduled, curated one-to-one meetings, structured to connect project requirements with relevant global expertise and solutions.
Alongside these meetings, expert-led discussions and focused networking create space to examine the ideas, challenges and decisions influencing the next generation of projects across Saudi Arabia.
The experience is further strengthened by GBB hosting delegates at the event venue, creating a seamless environment where conversations can continue naturally beyond meeting tables, across networking sessions, discussions and the wider summit experience.
Together, these elements are designed to make two days in Jeddah more than a series of meetings, creating an environment where relevant connections have more opportunities to develop into meaningful business relationships.

20 Editions Strong. Our Biggest REDS Yet.
The 20th Real Estate Development Summit - Saudi Arabia | Luxury Edition marks more than a milestone. With 1,000+ senior decision-makers expected in Jeddah, it is set to be GBB’s biggest Real Estate Development Summit to date.
But the scale of this edition is backed by a format built and refined across years of bringing projects and solutions together.
3,140+ Project Companies | 1,140+ Solution Providers | 28,000+ Face-to-Face Meetings Facilitated
Behind those numbers is what GBB has always been designed to do: create relevant, curated connections between the people carrying real project requirements and the expertise capable of addressing them.
Because even as the summit gets bigger, the principle remains simple.
RICA 2026: The Industry Has Its Say
Alongside the 20th Real Estate Development Summit – Saudi Arabia, RICA 2026 - REDS Industry Choice Awards will bring the industry together to recognise the individuals, projects and companies contributing to Saudi Arabia’s evolving real estate landscape.
The journey began with an open nomination phase, inviting the industry to put forward names across three key categories, Individual, Project and Company. Following the close of nominations, the submissions were reviewed by the RICA Advisory Board, which selected the finalists who will now move forward to the public voting stage.
Voting lines for RICA 2026 are now officially open.
This next stage places the choice in the hands of the wider industry, giving professionals and stakeholders the opportunity to vote for the finalists they believe deserve recognition. The results will culminate at RICA 2026 on 12 November 2026 from 6:00 PM onwards at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah, where the selected winners will be recognised as part of the awards ceremony.
From the names put forward by the industry, to the finalists selected by the Advisory Board, and now to the final vote, RICA 2026 is moving into the stage where every vote counts.

The Right Room, at the Right Moment
Saudi Arabia’s transformation is visible in the projects rising across the Kingdom, but buildings themselves tell only part of the story.
Behind every destination are thousands of decisions: the architect selected, the materials specified, the systems integrated, the consultants appointed, the suppliers shortlisted and the partnerships formed.
On 11 - 12 November, REDS brings many of the people behind those decisions together in Jeddah.
For project leaders, it is an opportunity to discover expertise relevant to what they are building.
For global solution providers, it is an opportunity to position their capabilities in front of the people shaping and delivering those projects.
For the wider industry, it is two days designed around moving conversations from introduction to relevance, and from relevance towards opportunity.
The projects are taking shape. The right conversations should too.
