RAKEZ hosts employee town hall to unveil ambitious 5-year strategy

Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) successfully hosted a town hall meeting for all staff members to unveil its ambitious 5-year strategy. The town hall provided employees with valuable insights into the organisation's vision and goals for the coming years.

The key objective of RAKEZ's 5-year strategy is to position itself as the preeminent economic zone for SMEs and establish a strong presence as a leading industrial manufacturing hub. The strategy focused on offering a highly attractive portfolio of products and services, supported by key initiatives and actionable steps to propel RAKEZ towards its desired outcomes.

During the town hall, RAKEZ Group CEO Ramy Jallad shared his insights and elaborated on the key elements of the 5-year strategy. He outlined a comprehensive roadmap designed to enhance the organisation's offerings, enablers and capabilities, ensuring RAKEZ becomes the preferred destination for SMEs and manufacturers in the region.

“We were thrilled to present our ambitious 5-year strategy to all our dedicated employees.
