The Dining Room at Jannah Burj Al Sarab launched the exquisite Opera de Paris degustation menu comprising of three-courses, designed by Executive Chef Wafi Halimi, whose Mediterranean-inspired French dishes make for an extraordinary dining experience.
Diners can enjoy the freshest selection of mixed green salad, an assortment of specialty main courses with homemade sauce, and a chef’s special dessert. Choose from the main highlights such as the Australian Angus Tenderloin Steak, Australian Angus Entrecôte Steak, Fresh Chicken Breast and the Catch of the Day, sourced daily from the Meena market.
For those with a discerning sweet tooth, a selection of à la carte French dessert are also available such as the Fondue au Chocolat, Crème Brûlée and Cheesecake topped with Fragrant Passion Fruit.
The Opera de Paris degustation menu is available daily between 6pm and 11pm with prices starting from AED85++ per person.
