The new policy that has been introduced by Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) on the validity of prepaid packages recharged balance is considered a substantial added value to subscribers, since the company gives the recharge process permanent validity as long as the subscriber uses any of the company’s services at least once a time every 90 days.
Accordingly, the validity of the recharge cards are no longer tied to a specific duration, but associated with the subscriber usage of common services of the company which makes retaining the sim cards of prepaid packages very easy and makes Mobily Prepaid packages an ideal choice for subscribers in the Saudi market.
From his part, Mr. Mohammed Al Belwe, Executive General Manager Corporate Communications and PR said "the company is oriented on offering the subscribers an added value allows them to use all the products and services in simple and easy way, and this launch of the new validity policy for prepaid packages comes within this framework. The subscribers are only required to use one of the services, whether calls, voice messages, Internet, roaming, charging the credit or any subscription in new services at least one time within 90 days to maintain the validity.”
