As part of its commitment to provide its customers with the best quality and fastest services, Huawei announced the launch of Huawei Customer Service “Device Collection Points” to collect devices and send them to Huawei's authorized service centers across more than 300 branches across the Kingdom. This will give Huawei customers the easiest and safest and most widespread and extensive service that covers most regions in Saudi Arabia.
Whenever the client wishes to send his/her phone to Huawei's maintenance service center, all he/she has to do is contact Huawei Customer Service Center to submit a maintenance service request form and then visit the nearest collection point in more than 300 areas around the Kingdom. After printing the service form, the collection point staff will collect the device that needs to be sent to Huawei authorized service centers and returned it to the nearest and most convenient location to the customer.
Speaking on the launch, Mr. Pablo Ning, VP, Huawei Tech Investment Saudi Arabia, said: “With Huawei's customers spread across all regions of the Kingdom, and the steadily increasing user number of Huawei devices including smartphones, tablets, wearable devices or even routers, Huawei seeks the best, most convenient, and safest ways to support its customers across the Kingdom and provide the easiest solutions to satisfy them. We have contracted with a wide network of collection points that can be used by our users offering more than 300 branches spread throughout the Kingdom. This step comes in the framework of our commitment to providing the best after-sales services to Huawei clients and offering them closer and more convenient device collection points to get their devices repaired.”
