Head of the Office of the Comptroller General chairs the meeting of the INTOSAI Policy, Finance and Administration Committee in Washington

Had Dr. Hossam bin Abdul Mohsin Al Anqari, Chairman of the Audit Bureau, yesterday chaired the sixteenth meeting of the Committee on Policies, Finance and Administration of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), which was held at the American Accountability Office in Washington, DC.
During the meeting, a number of reports were presented to the next executive board to be held next September in Moscow, including the report of the General Secretariat of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions, and a report on the preparations for the 23rd General Assembly of INTOSAI, In the Russian Federation during the period from 24 to 30 Muharram 1440H corresponding to 23-29 September 2019.
Dr. Hossam Bin Abdul Mohsen Al Anqari presented the report of the Committee on Policies, Public Finance and Accounting, which contains a summary of what was accomplished during the previous year, including the activities of the Committee on the follow-up to the implementation of the INTOSAI Strategic Plan.
It is worth noting that HE the President of the General Audit Bureau is the second deputy chairman of the Executive Council of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), the Chairman of the Organization's Policy, Finance and Administration Committee and the INTOSAI Chair of the Steering Committee for Cooperation with the Donor Community.
