Go gluten-free and guilt-free with indulgence from Per Te

Per Te Ristorante e Café, Jumeirah’s hidden gem, has handcrafted gluten-free menu items to cater to those with gluten-intolerance and allergies. The authentic Italian specialties are also ideal for the health-conscious diners. 

 

The restaurant sources gluten-free pastas from reputed manufacturers and suppliers. The extensive menu features antipasti, salads, pasta, risotto, sides and indulgent desserts. 

 

Menu highlights: 

 

Frutti di mare - Pasta with prawns, calamari, mussels, chilli, garlic and tomatoes

Pomodorini e basilica - Pasta with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil

Risotto con funghi selvatici - Wild mushroom risotto with truffle 

Bristecca Alla Griglia - Grilled beef rib eye steak with roasted potatoes and mushroom 

Crostata crumble di pere – Rustic pearl crumble made with brown rice, pears served with chocolate sauce 

Gladwin Anton, Executive Chef of Per Te Ristorante e Café commented, “There is a high demand for gluten-free dishes due to increasing awareness, diagnosis and in general people’s preference for healthier alternatives.” 

 

“Our staff is trained to handle such orders. We not only use separate equipment for preparation and cooking but also have a different counter, dry storage area and fridge to handle gluten-free ingredients,” he added.
