Al-Ahsa Development Authority signed a partnership agreement with Elm Co., under which the company will provide consulting services related to building digital capabilities, enabling the digital transformation process in the Authority, and providing the skills and competencies necessary to develop the implementation of services, according to Saudi Press Agency.
Under the agreement, Elm will work with Al-Ahsa Development Authority to prepare a roadmap for implementing IT initiatives, projects, and digital enablers for the next five years, with a plan to develop capabilities, attract competencies, and establish mechanisms for governance and performance management, according to the company's official spokesman and Deputy CEO for Marketing Majid bin Saad Al-Arifi.
He added that the company will also perform all related services according to the highest quality standards and best professional practices, and in line with a specific plan that includes quality control procedures and tools to enable their review and approval by the Authority.
