These are just some of the super fun activities on offer from the ‘Amuse’ pillar at Gamers8: The Land of Heroes, the biggest gaming and esports festival worldwide, which runs throughout July and August at Boulevard Riyadh City.
Other attractions include all the fun on offer at Falcons HQ, where you can revel in Banderita’s World, star at the Team Falcons powered by stc play gaming area – and enjoy the mouthwatering noodles at Toga Rashi. In fact, all the delicious recipes at the Japanese kitchen come courtesy of renowned Saudi chef Abu Omar.
Gamers will love the PlayStation zone at POWR Villa, partnered by KFC, and the chance to play against their favorite POWR heroes at the POWR Stadium. Or how about the Downtown music area, featuring a huge stage and ultra-modern dance equipment? There’s also the Challenge zone for gamers to enjoy too, while Japamura provides an enchanting opportunity to experience the joys of Japanese culture.
Gamers8: The Land of Heroes is specially designed to cater for everyone – regardless of age. With this in mind, Kids Dome, which is being supported by the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group as a presenting partner, features well-known international kids’ IPs and performances tailored for children and families. And, running only for the month of August, Gamers8: The Land of Heroes will be hosting an exclusive immersive experience entitled: PEAKY BLINDERS: The Rise! Come and join boss Tommy Shelby as he personally invites you to his family’s Camden warehouse to share an expansion plan that could prove lucrative for everyone. The extensive ‘Amuse’ pillar runs throughout the duration of Gamers8: The Land of Heroes at Boulevard Riyadh City until the end of August and is open daily from 5pm until 1am. Eight-week long Gamers8: The Land of Heroes has a prize pool of $45 million – triple that of Gamers8 last year – and features 15 elite esports tournaments from 12 top titles. There are live concerts from more than 20 local, regional, and international artists, more than 1,000 activities and attractions, festivals, shows, community gaming, education platforms, and fun for all ages.
The festival concludes with the Next World Forum, a gaming and esports forum held at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Center on August 30-31, that brings together sector leaders and experts from around the world.
