Cabinet approves law on selling, leasing off-plan real estate projects

The Saudi Cabinet, chaired by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, approved a law on selling and leasing off-plan real estate projects. 

In addition, the Cabinet greenlit several decisions, including amending the Law of Patents, Layout Designs of Integrated Circuits that was issued by Royal Decree No. (M/27) dated July 17, 2004.
