BinDawood, Regional Group ink MoU for franchise rights in Qatar

BinDawood Holding Co. signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Regional Group Co., granting it commercial franchise rights to open eight BinDawood branches in Qatar.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the MoU has a duration of 12 months, expecting a positive impact on its activities once the final agreement is signed.

This move is in line with BinDawood's strategic vision to enhance its geographical footprint in the Arabian Gulf region.

Further developments and updates on the MoU will be announced in due course, the statement added.
