Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. signed today, Aug. 27, a contract with The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) to provide medical insurance services for the company's employees and their families at a total value of SAR 29.19 million, excl. VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The contract will extend for one Georgian year as of Sept. 1, 2024, with the relevant financial impact to appear in financial statements for FY 2024/2025.
Board member, Mohammed Al Quraisha has an indirect interest in the contract, in his capacity as the senior executive general manager of key accounts and corporate sales at Tawuniya.
The contract comes within the normal course of business and does not grant any preferential benefits, the statement added.
