Learning National Schools Co., a subsidiary of Saudi-listed Academy of Learning Co., signed a long-term investment lease agreement with High Standard Real Estate Co. for a model educational complex in Riyadh.
The lease value stood at SAR 332.44 million (inclusive of VAT), according to a statement to Tadawul.
The contract, which spans 30 years, covers leasing a new educational complex in Riyadh’s Al Munsiyah district, with a capacity of 2,200 students. The facility will provide private (international) education services across all levels, including kindergarten, primary, intermediate, and secondary stages, for both boys and girls, in addition to licensed educational, training, cultural, or sports activities in Saudi Arabia throughout the contract term.
The agreement is expected to have a positive impact on its results starting H2 2027.
The deal marks the company’s first operational launch in Riyadh within the private (international) education sector, reflecting strategic direction toward diversifying investments and strengthening sustainable growth through entry into sectors with stable and long-term returns.
The company investment policy is based on leasing rather than owning buildings, with the aim of reducing capital expenditure and accelerating investment returns.
