Now, fuelled by its immense popularity, the brand is expanding, announcing its second Saudi Arabian location in Riyadh's Zallal Diriyah, set to open in April 2025, just three years after its initial KAFD success.

Chef Nikolas Mataragkas brings his exceptional culinary expertise to the new A.O.K. Kitchen location—re-introducing signature favourites alongside innovative new creations. A.O.K. The new 78-seat venue seamlessly integrates A.O.K. Kitchen’s contemporary design with Najdi architectural elements to establish a distinct dining atmosphere that respects Diriyah's historic environment. Saudi interior designer Maha Alsudiri has skilfully created a space that honours the restaurant's existing identity while incorporating elements of local cultural heritage to form a refined blend of modern and traditional design.

Guests can choose to dine indoors or alfresco at the Zallal Diriyah site. The to-go counter provides a convenient service point for customers desiring A.O.K.'s healthy selection’s scrumptious offerings on the move. Chef Nikolas with his highly decorated credentials will manage both locations while maintaining the high culinary standards that define the A.O.K brand.
