Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) said it secured today, Feb. 13, a contract to operate the Ministry of Health’s call centers for 24 months at a value of SAR 201 million, including VAT.
According to a statement on Tadawul, the contract is expected to be signed on April 1.
The contract includes activating, operating, and developing interactive communication mechanisms and channels with the beneficiaries of the Ministry of Health, by providing and operating multi-channel call center services with high quality and efficiency.
Accordingly, all beneficiaries will be able to view the details of the ministry’s initiatives, as well as submit their requests, inquiries, observations, suggestions, and complaints through various interactive communication channels.
In addition, the ministry’s call centers will monitor what beneficiaries are circulating on social media 24/7.
The contract's scope of work includes operating 937 call centers, an employee call center, a business call center, and the beneficiary services center at the Ministry’s office.
2P indicated that there is no financial impact at present and the impact will be determined upon signing the contract.
