Ashridge strengthens presence in Saudi Arabia

Underlining their commitment to developing Saudi leaders, Ashridge Executive Education has appointed a dedicated Client Director for Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, Gavin Breslin, the new Director, will be responsible for Ashridge’s Executive and Leadership development portfolio within the Kingdom. Gavin will cover all the provinces in KSA, working closely with leading Saudi organizations focused on accelerating their leadership and organization development objectives.

Gavin has over 20 years’ education sector experience, having previously worked with London Business School and IE Executive Education as the Director of Corporate Relations. He has lived in the Middle East for many years and brings extensive regional experience, as well as time in Asia and the UK.

Speaking on Gavin’s appointment, Rory Hendrikz, Managing Director of Ashridge Middle East, says: “Over the last two decades of working in the region, we have developed an in-depth understanding of the leadership needs of Saudi Arabian organisations, especially, in today’s unpredictable and rapidly changing business environment. Now with Gavin’s appointment, we will be able to work more closely with companies in the Kingdom to develop customized programmes for high potential leaders and senior executives.”

Ashridge Executive Education is a sought-after leadership education partner for many leading companies in the Kingdom including Saudi Aramco, Islamic Development Bank, Mobily, Zamil Group Holding Company, Saudi Arabian Airlines, King Abdullah City for Science and Technology, General Organization for Social Insurance; and many others who have benefitted from Ashridge’s customized Executive Coaching and Leadership Development programmes.

“I am excited to join Ashridge at a very important point in time as Saudi’s Vision 2030 pushes through to transform Saudi Arabia’s economy away from oil dependence. This is a time when Saudi needs the best of talent, and we are here to help develop the potential talent of Saudi Arabia’s business leaders to make the vision a reality,” says Gavin.
