UTMOST CONVENIENCE

• Housekeeping: For your comfort and convenience daily housekeeping services are available at any time upon your request. For on-demand housekeeping please do not hesitate to contact the Housekeeping section.
• Laundry: Laundry services are available upon request. Please complete the laundry list. Items received before 9:00 am will be returned the same day. Express service can be arranged (returned within 4 hours and charged at 100% surcharge). For laundry services, please do not hesitate to contact our Laundry section.
• Luggage Storage: For our guest knowledge, arrangements can be made for a long and short period of time for baggage to be stored. Should you require baggage storage service please contact Concierge Desk.
• Lost and Found Items: In the case that a personal article is misplaced or lost our front desk staff will assist you as much as possible in finding the missing items. Please do not hesitate to contact our Front Desk for any help needed to make your stay at JAD Hotel Suites enjoyable.
• National and International Calls: Our telephone system allows you to make both national and international calls around the clock. Kindly please read our telephone directory.

• Non-Smoking Suites: Non-smoking and smoking suites are available upon request. Please make your reservation or contact the front desk to serve you according to your preferences.
• Postage and Stamps: JAD Hotel Suites offers courier services. We are also glad to assist you with postage and stamps for mailing letters or collection purposes. For more information regarding postage and stamps, please contact the concierge desk.
• Post Cards: Souvenir post cards can be provided upon request. Please contact the Concierge desk.
• Shaving kit : Shaving kit sets are available upon request. To request shaving kit, please contact our Housekeeping section.

TOP QUALITY

• Safe Deposit Box: Safety is a first priority at JAD Hotel Suites. All Suites are provided with an electronic safety box to store your valuable possessions. Please read the instructions provided on the box.
• Tailor: If you need tailoring services, please contact our laundry section from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
• Audiovisual Center: All our suites are equipped with a high resolution television and DVD/CD player. To access all television stations, please use the remote control unit. Also five private show time channels and Aljazeera sport are available free of charge.
• Wheelchair: Wheelchair is available upon request from the guest service desk.
