Realizing that it is extremely necessary to cooperate and join forces in various areas in order to transform into the information society and achieve established objectives, MCIT, in partnership with Ministry of Finance and Communication and Information Technology Commission, established the e-Government Program (YESSER) in 1426 H (2005 G). The program is controlled by a higher supervisory committee composed of minister of finance, minister of MCIT and the governor of CIT commission. A steering committee has emerged from the higher committee with members representing ministry of finance, MCIT and CIT Commission in addition to the Program’s Director General.
