WSM inks SAR 17.5M contract for consultation, digital services

WSM for Information Technology Co. signed, on July 2, a contract with the Business Strategies Office for Management Consulting at a total value of SAR 17.5 million to provide consultation and digital services, according to a statement on Tadawul.

The contract duration is 12 months and is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s H2 2025 financial statements.

The contract involved no related parties, the statement added.

In May, WSM was awarded the contract from the Business Strategies Office, according to Argaam data.
