While the ‘Little Explorers’ enjoy a world of activities with “Little Picasso” painting, “Little Chefs” cooking workshop, beach-inspired face-painting and an elaborate play area featuring a bouncy castle and hula hoops, the parents are invited to sip on the summery drinks and try the medley of buffet inspired by citrus flavours, charcoal grills and seafood. 

Executive Chef, Wilson D’Souza invites guests to try eclectic treats of Hawaiian Chicken salad with Pineapple, Huli Huli Chicken, Jamaican charred corn salad, Mango and cucumber salad,  Jerk chicken, Thai special Pineapple fried rice, Thai chicken curry in coconut gravy, Spanish Seafood paella, Sri Lankan Tuna fish curry and more.

To indulge the sweet tooth, he promises delicacies like Butterscotch & Coconut rice pudding, Pinacolada Mousse cake, Colombian Fruit cake, Chargrilled Pineapple and Coconut Panna cotta.

The Tropical Brunch launches on Saturday, 12th October, 2024 and is available every Saturday at Liwan restaurant, from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. and is priced at AED 149 per adult, and AED 75 per child between 12 to 6 years, while children below 6 years dine complimentary.
