Sumou Real Estate Co. announced that Sept. 3 is the deadline for the inspection of the transfer documents, for its transition to the main market.
In a statement on Tadawul, the company added that trading on company’s shares will be suspended on Sept. 4, for a period not exceeding five trading days.
In May, Sumou filed with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for the transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to the main market (TASI), Argaam earlier reported.
Tadawul recently approved Sumou’s request.
Meanwhile, Sumou disclosed the transfer document, including a timetable for the transition process.
The company set Sept. 10, the last date of the trading suspension on the shares, for the transfer to the main market.
Sumou was listed on Nomu on May 11, 2020.
