Sports ministry invites bids for building 2 hotels at King Abdullah Sports City

The Ministry of Sports invited bids through the Furas platform for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of two hotels at King Abdullah Sports City, Jeddah.

On its official X account, the ministry said the project spans 15,900 square meters under a 35-year contract.

The deadline for purchasing the tender specifications is Nov. 3, the ministry said, noting that the bidding began on July 28 and the tenders will be opened on Nov. 4.

Bidders should have a valid commercial registration, an original bid copy attached to the tender specifications, a valid Zakat and income certificate, a Chamber of Commerce membership certificate, a certificate issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance, a commitment to Saudization certificate, a bank guarantee, and a technical proposal.
