Sustained Infrastructure Holding Co. (SISCO) said its 50%-owned subsidiary, International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea), received a project awarded notice from the National Water Co. (NWC) valued at SAR 133.5 million, excluding VAT.
The SISCO unit will undertake the operation and maintenance services of water distribution networks and transmission pipelines across all related facilities, including main and secondary pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations, and various types of valves in Madinah, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The scope of the project also includes the operation and maintenance of well systems, transmission pipelines, and their related facilities, including main and secondary pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations, and valve systems.
The contract term is 36 months, and any further developments will be duly disclosed once the contract is signed.
The relevant financial impact will appear during Q1 2026, and the deal included no related parties.
