Shalfa wins SAR 40.7M project with Modon

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. was awarded, on Feb. 18, a project with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) at a total value of SAR 40.7 million (tax inclusive).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract covers the operation and maintenance of buildings and city assets in the First District of the Central Sector for 36 months.

No related parties are included in the deal, the statement added.
