Minister of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), Ahmed Al-Rajhi, said Saudi Arabia, under Vision 2030, is integrating its labor market into the global economy and witnessing major changes.
During the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC), he spoke about the market's rapid evolution to provide youth with better future opportunities and the Kingdom's collaboration with international partners to address labor market challenges.
Al-Rajhi detailed that the Kingdom is working with the private sector and entrepreneurs to create jobs for all nationalities in Saudi Arabia, emphasizing enhancing their global market performance and helping everyone achieve their ambitions.
He stressed the importance of balancing workers' and employers' needs, fostering favorable environments without raising costs, underlining the significance of government goals, social development standards, and governance.
He highlighted Saudi Arabia's efforts to understand and implement best labor market practices and legislation to tackle global changes and challenges, noting the opportunity for policy exploration and sharing of ideas and experiences.
